SIGA, by eliminating preliminary field study, dramatically reduces Time-To-Activation and improves Customer Experience


Matching field data acquisition and mapping tools allows the Operator to get, as daily O&M activities are processed, simultaneously:

  • network Equipment GPS points as found during field operation
  • routing data (primary / secondary)
  • data per each measured pair (vacant or assigned pair, good or not, with or without xdsl service, etc.)

This field data is used by SIGA module, an application for automated process of Customer order request in sales agencies, as follows:

Unsatisfied connection requests are stored and mapped as pending requests, helping for geo-marketing campaigns and decision making on network expansion needs.
