Operational treatments cover the whole activity process:

  • Electronic WO reception: WO are directly transmitted from the Operator's IS (CRM) and are then analyzed for a consistency check. The relevant data are extracted to be sent on the dispatching tool
  • WO dispatching: dispatching can be automated, semi-automated or manual
  • WO assignment at D, D+1, on the fly
  • Real time follow up of WO progression: detailed follow-up with status modifications, day and time capture
  • WO closing: directly by the field technician on his Smartphone or Tablet or by the dispatcher. A coherence control indicates all the defects of the closing compared to usual procedures
